Paul, Ella, my mum, grandparents and I went to Central park before mum and Paul’s wedding day.  Did you know that Central Park  has 21 playgrounds?  Ella and I saw heaps of squirrels and birds.  When we were walking around we saw a big merry go round so I went on with my sister and mum.  After that we walked around some more and looked were my mum was getting married to Paul.  We found two places near each other.  So then we walked home after that

Paul and I went out so I could get some new soccer boots.  We went in this really cool sports store in Soho. It had everything in sports, it was three stories.  It had soccer boots, baseball stuff, racing bikes, scooters, roller skates, ice skates, snowboards and ski’s.  Everything in sports you could think of was there.

After we got my soccer boots, Paul and I went out to have a look around Soho and Greenwich Village.  The first place where went to was the big water fountain at Washington Park.  We saw a show that these American guys did.  It was really cool, they did this thing called the human helicopter but they did it with no hands.  One of them ran up and jumped on top of the others head and they started spinning, then they put their arms out and span really fast - it was sick! Then they got five people and lined them up and made them bend over.  Then at the end of the show a guy that was doing the show with them ran up and jumped over the people only just nicking the last lady.

Then there was another show that this guy did, his name was Yogi Lazer the yoga master.  His first attempt was to fold himself in half and slide through a small cylinder.  Then he put two poles on a small table and did a hand stand on them and then tied himself up.  On his last attempt he put buckets out for insurance so he put one near Paul and I and Paul was video taping and the yogi guy looked in to the camera and said What TV channel is this?  Everybody laughed, then he made jokes about how much money you put in the bucket, like $5 is a lucky number $10 you come home with me and $20 we sleep in the same bed.

So his attempt was to go inside a glass box.  So just when he was about to get into the box there was a little kid sitting down watching, then Yogi told him to come to him so he did.  Yogi said There is something I have to tell you, I am your real father  he said then he goes  you can go now, then says tell mummy I’ll be home for dinner so then the kid goes off and watches the rest of the show.  Then Yogi starts to get in to the box and squeezes himself in a little bit of pain.  Then he finally got in and sat in there for about ten seconds then rolled out, and that was the end of his show.

Then Paul and I went to Five Guys Burgers  on Bleeker Street which is meant to be a famous street in Greenwich and Soho. Five guys was also meant to be one of the best burger places in New York.  I got a little bacon burger and Paul got a cheese burger.  Then we went to this record and cd place called Bleeker street records.  The was this big fat grey cat that lived there, I was there stroking the cat the whole time while we were there.  Then Paul and I went home on the train.

My mum, sister, Paul and I went walking across the Brooklyn bridge twice because we walked around Brooklyn for a little while then walked back on it.  The Brooklyn bridge was pretty scary looking through the wood above from the it is 41 meters from the water and 1825 m long.  In the middle of the bridge was the bronze plaque which showed how people made it and who died making it.  The Brooklyn bridge was cool because you got a good view of the sea and Manhattan and Brooklyn.

My grandparents, mum, sister , Paul and went on the Staten island ferry to Statue of Liberty.  When you go past the Statue of Liberty you go over to the other side and stopped at the Staten island port and got off and went on a different ferry and went back.
